Senior SAP ABAP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, uphold, and enhance SAP ABAP solutions;

• Engage in the analysis, development, testing, and debugging of programs and technical components;

• Create solutions utilizing both procedural ABAP and object-oriented programming (ABAP OO);

• Generate and manage RICEFW objects;

• Implement enhancements, corrections, and modifications to current solutions;

• Conduct technical analysis of requirements while designing solutions that meet business objectives;

• Develop and sustain integrations between SAP and external systems;

• Address requirements pertaining to Brazil localization;

• Provide support for solutions related to Brazilian tax and fiscal processes;

• Collaborate on integrations concerning Electronic Invoices (NF-e) and fiscal messaging;

• Partner with functional teams and other technical departments to ensure the quality of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer;

• Proficient in SAP ABAP;

• Experience with ABAP OO (Object-Oriented Programming) as well as procedural programming;

• Practical experience in developing and maintaining RICEFW objects;

• Knowledge in the development of:

• Reports;

• Interfaces;

• Conversions;

• Enhancements;

• Forms;

• Workflows.

• Familiarity with SAP integrations;

• Understanding of essential Brazilian fiscal and tax specifics;

• Experience with processes involving ICMS, PIS, and COFINS;

• Acquainted with electronic fiscal documents, particularly NF-e;

• Experience integrating with fiscal add-ons and/or fiscal messaging solutions;

• Capability to interpret functional requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
