• Flosum is in search of a forward-thinking Senior Salesforce Technical Business Analyst who is passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem and eager to influence how major enterprises develop, secure, and expand on Salesforce.
• This role goes beyond maintenance; you will take ownership of the product roadmap for the only 100% Salesforce-native DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security platform trusted by Fortune 100 companies, including global brands such as Hilton, Cargill, Barry Callebaut, Cushman & Wakefield, and AARP. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and engineering leadership to define and deliver products that establish entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• We are at a pivotal moment. AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management are reshaping the Salesforce landscape. We require a product leader who can foresee industry trends, grasp the future direction of this space, and possess the conviction and skills to ensure we lead the way.
• Define and steer the multi-year product roadmap across Flosum's five product lines: DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva.
• Identify opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem where Flosum can innovate new categories or gain market share from competitors.
• Transform extensive Salesforce platform knowledge (metadata architecture, deployment models, Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-org environments) into product features that enterprise clients are willing to invest in.
• Stay ahead of Salesforce's product direction (three releases annually) and position Flosum to leverage every platform transition.
• Spearhead the next generation of AI-powered DevOps features built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment agents, AI-driven code review, automated security scans, and predictive release management.
• Determine how Flosum's extensibility platform empowers customers to create custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's security framework.
• Lead pioneering efforts in agent-aware governance: preparing Salesforce governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
• Interact directly with Fortune 500 clients and prospects to gain insight into their challenges surrounding Salesforce development, security, compliance, and data management.
• Convert complex enterprise requirements (SOX, zero-trust, multi-org, regulated industries) into sophisticated product solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to shape deal strategies, perform product demonstrations for strategic accounts, and finalize competitive evaluations.
• Produce comprehensive product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will actively engage in the work rather than solely delegating.
• Work alongside engineering to meet ambitious deadlines. Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination.
• Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates.
• We seek a visionary, not just a hire. Someone who takes true ownership of results, thinks independently, and is motivated by a desire to create meaningful impact rather than merely advancing their career.
• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
• Profound technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform: metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
• A proven history of delivering products that enterprise customers (Fortune 500, regulated industries) have embraced and purchased. Not just features; full products.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tools is highly preferred.
• An understanding of the competitive landscape: Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX. You recognize their strengths and weaknesses.
• A strong viewpoint on how AI/ML (particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud) will transform the Salesforce development and governance landscape.
• A hands-on executor. You write PRDs, engage with customers, review wireframes, and participate in sprint reviews. You do not manage remotely.
• Outstanding communication skills. You can convey a product vision to a C-suite audience and draft a technical specification for an engineering team on the same day.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach. When you encounter a problem, you resolve it. When you're unsure about something, you seek to learn.
• Experience in developing products within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product organization.
• Experience working at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries.
• Experience leading product-led growth initiatives within an enterprise product, designing self-service onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion strategies.
• A vision for the future of AI in Salesforce DevOps, with the ability to articulate a 3-year outlook on how autonomous agents will transform how enterprises operate on Salesforce.
• Experience competing against well-funded rivals and achieving success through product excellence rather than solely through marketing efforts.
• Category-defining opportunity: You will have the chance to influence how enterprises operate on Salesforce. This role is not about incremental improvements; it is about transformational change.
• Direct partnership with the CEO: You will collaborate closely with a founder who is highly technical, product-focused, and committed to developing the leading platform in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Fortune 100 customer base: Your product decisions will have a direct impact on how the largest and most complex organizations function.
• AI inflection point: Agentforce and autonomous agents are changing the game. Flosum is the first native platform to integrate these capabilities, and you will define the next steps.
• Mission-driven culture: We recruit individuals who aspire to make a significant impact, not just enhance their resumes. If you're searching for a place where your contributions are valued and your ideas are taken seriously, this is the opportunity for you.
• Competitive base salary plus performance bonus
• Equity participation
• Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
• Hybrid flexibility (San Ramon, CA HQ) or remote for exceptional candidates
• Direct access to Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences (Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX), and customer interactions
• If you reside in San Ramon, CA, this can be a hybrid position, but we are open to fully remote arrangements in other locations.
