• Gather and document functional and operational requirements.
• Design solutions in Salesforce Field Service that align with business processes.
• Configure and manage: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories, and Operating Hours.
• Implement automations using Salesforce Flow.
• Set up the mobile application for Field Service for field technicians.
• Optimize dispatching processes and resource allocation.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Produce functional documentation and best practices.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service.
• Involvement in Field Service implementation or support projects.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements and functional design.
• Work flexibility.
