• Take full ownership of engineering outcomes for Guided Selling, overseeing everything from technical design to release, adoption, observability, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and clients as needed to identify workflow challenges, validate trade-offs, and link engineering decisions to customer adoption and value.
• Leverage AI tools as a fundamental engineering enhancer for design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Proactively identify risks related to platform, data, permissions, feature flags, and integrations, particularly where Salesforce behavior varies across customer organizations.
• Elevate the team’s execution quality by enhancing review standards, documenting reusable patterns, assisting colleagues, and promoting superior engineering practices.
• Assist in transforming Guided Selling from a workflow/sequencing tool into a more intelligent execution layer, informed by customer data, conversation signals, and measurable outcomes.
• Over 5 years of substantial hands-on software engineering experience, with significant involvement in Salesforce product development.
• In-depth knowledge of Apex, data modeling, permissions, limits, and packaging constraints, emphasizing performance at scale and system-wide implications.
• Experience with Salesforce ISV, managed packages, or AppExchange reviews.
• Strong product engineering judgment, capable of reasoning from customer value, usage, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in ambiguous situations: breaking down complex tasks, making trade-offs, and driving outcomes to completion.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance engineering productivity, testing, debugging, analysis, and documentation in real-world engineering settings.
• Strong systems thinking across integrated platforms, data flows, customer configurations, permissions, feature flags, and downstream operational impacts.
• Frontend/product experience with LWC and/or modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
