Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Quickly engage to identify and rectify production issues, including SSO and integration-related challenges.

• Address hypercare defects and ensure the platform is stable.

• Take the lead in hands-on development within Service Cloud, extending beyond mere design and architecture.

• Enhance technical quality, scalability, and maintainability.

• Work on essential Service Cloud functionalities such as case lifecycle, SLAs, Omni-Channel, chat, and notifications.

• Assist in the development of portals (front-end and back-end) and broader integrations, including SAP and Cloudflare/WAF.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Self-reliant, strong contributors who excel in high-pressure environments.

• Preference for seasoned, hands-on developers who can take ownership of their results.

• Must reside in Latin America.

• Required Experience:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including both development and configuration.

• Strong understanding of Apex and solid object-oriented principles, such as dependency injection and inheritance.

• Capability to read and debug complex code and troubleshoot across various systems.

• A hands-on builder mentality (not strictly an architect or configurator).

• Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and key Service Cloud features.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Front-end experience with React, HTML, and CSS.

• Background in support portals and user experience (UX).

• Exposure to AI features within Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Cloudflare or WAF environments.

• Proficiency in JavaScript is beneficial but not mandatory.
