Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Own and lead the comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Design and deliver complex Marketing Cloud solutions, encompassing Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, audience segmentation, and personalization.

• Design and implement Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, identity solutions, and activation.

• Lead enterprise-level implementations and integrations of the complete Salesforce platform.

• Define and govern data strategies, data quality, and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of Salesforce experience with deep platform expertise.

• Advanced proficiency in Marketing Cloud.

• Advanced proficiency in Data Cloud.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.

• Multiple Salesforce certifications required, including Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

• Ability to independently lead platform strategy and architecture.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on staff interaction and collaboration.

• Experience with remote work, proficient in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools).
