This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Execute thorough territory mapping for LATAM (excluding Brazil) to evaluate market potential, customer segmentation, and market maturity.
• Create regional market penetration strategies and outline phased plans for country entry and expansion.
• Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to each country, addressing regulatory, registration, and commercialization needs.
• Identify and prioritize significant market opportunities, customer segments, and growth initiatives.
• Examine competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and emerging trends to formulate effective commercial strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and secure strategic business opportunities within clinical laboratories, hospitals, healthcare systems, and diagnostic networks.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Propel customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
• Formulate tactical plans to optimize revenue growth and expedite the adoption of the CDD portfolio.
• Create and uphold precise sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines across the region.
• Track territory performance, market penetration progress, and commercial execution against strategic objectives.
• Provide regular updates on business performance and market intelligence reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Research & Development teams.
• Work together on the creation of regional marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, and commercial launch strategies.
• Develop and manage distributor relationships to enhance regional coverage and commercial effectiveness.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree coupled with 8 years of demonstrated sales experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
• Preferred fields of study include Life Sciences, Business, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• Additional business or management certifications are advantageous.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams is essential.
• Strong comprehension of laboratory workflows, regulatory requirements, and industry trends is required.
• Proficiency in strategic account planning and managing complex sales cycles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and fostering business growth.
• Advanced expertise in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting.
• Capability to build and maintain relationships at senior executive levels.
• Fluent English is required, with additional languages being a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience with Miller Heiman or similar strategic selling methodologies.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and working in matrix environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and business intelligence tools.
