Senior Risk & Trading Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee real-time activities in the Sportsbook and Casino to effectively mitigate sharp betting, arbitrage, exploits, and bonus misuse.

• Monitor player profitability, betting behaviors, and withdrawal speeds; implement risk management actions such as account restrictions or adjustments to markets.

• Evaluate casino game results against anticipated RTP to detect technical discrepancies and instances of multi-accounting.

• Supervise pre-match and in-play event exposure, liabilities, and shifts in market dynamics.

• Manage platform risk configurations, oversee feed providers, and carry out bet assessments and limit modifications.

• Review high-risk withdrawals and suspicious payment trends in collaboration with the Fraud and Payments teams.

• Develop data-driven risk reports and enhance automated alert systems and risk regulations.

• Collaborate closely with Trading, VIP, Product, and Support teams, escalating urgent matters directly to the Risk Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Risk, Trading, or Fraud position within the iGaming or Sports Betting industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge of trading principles (odds, liabilities, exposure) and casino operations (RTP, volatility).

• Proficient in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI) to quickly identify sharp betting patterns and pricing inefficiencies.

• Capability to make swift, business-oriented decisions in high-volume, 24/7 live settings (including shift work).

• Ability to communicate clearly during escalations and maintain composure during high-pressure, peak-volume situations.
