Senior Risk Consultant – Archer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and implement RSA Archer applications, solutions, and use cases tailored to business needs.

• Create and uphold Archer data-driven events (DDEs), calculated fields, iViews, dashboards, reports, and access control frameworks.

• Develop and customize Archer solutions, which include Applications, Questionnaires, Risk Registers, Workflows, Advanced Workflows, Archer Engage, and Integrations.

• Assist in comprehensive implementation processes encompassing requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to convert functional requirements into technical configurations within Archer.

• Develop and maintain APIs, data feeds, and facilitate integrations between Archer and other enterprise systems.

• Diagnose issues and conduct root cause analysis to guarantee the stability and performance of Archer applications.

• Ensure compliance with GRC best practices, data governance, security standards, and platform guidelines.

• Monitor platform performance and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience as an Archer Developer/Administrator.

• Extensive expertise in configuring Archer components, including Applications, Subforms, Fields, Access Control Workflows, Advanced Workflows, DDEs Notifications, Data Feeds, Calculated Fields, Searches, Reports, and Dashboards.

• Strong understanding of Archer's Data Model, Record Permissions, and Role-based Access Control (RBAC).

• Experience with key Archer modules such as Issues Management, Risk Registers, Policy, Risk and Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Audit Management.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and other scripting languages to support customization and automation.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
