Senior Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate, outline, and recommend solutions to meet business needs.

• Collaborate in the assessment and documentation of the client's business requirements, suggesting business solutions that align with them.

• Assist the development team by undertaking tasks designated for development in each Sprint.

• Aid the Product Owner in breaking down business needs, pinpointing the system requirements that are created or affected, and articulating them as user stories to initiate sprint execution.

• Responsible for uncovering the genuine needs of stakeholders, beyond just their stated requests.

• Contribute to development-related tasks, focusing on the elicitation and documentation of both functional and non-functional software requirements.

• Manage personal workload and promptly notify the team of any potential delays.

• Proficient in Design Thinking.

• Familiarity with business analysis practices, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and agile requirements.

• Ability to define and write user interface (UI) specifications.

• Capable of developing supplementary specifications.

• Experience in creating a requirements management plan.

• Skilled in documenting information classification and preparing a requirements list.

• Proficient in developing a system access profiles matrix.

• Experience in conducting requirements approval meetings.
