This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and manage projects and programs for Ensero clients.
• Offer senior technical guidance on various projects.
• Oversee water use licensing, environmental permitting applications, and related studies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance project environmental design and streamline regulatory processes.
• Create integrated project schedules and establish critical paths for effective project execution.
• Provide technical assistance concerning environmental compliance, governance, and permitting issues.
• Engage with governments, stakeholders, and communities to facilitate permitting activities.
• Represent Ensero Solutions and its clients at regulatory and community meetings, workshops, and events.
• Track legislation and regulatory updates and share relevant information internally.
• Build industry relationships to enhance growth and support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in client proposals and seek out business development opportunities.
• Conduct senior reviews of technical outputs and programs.
• Mentor and deliver technical training to junior and intermediate team members.
• Complete reporting and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
• Over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C), or a related field.
• Proven experience in building relationships and engaging with First Nations and various levels of government.
• Familiarity with and experience in the impact assessment and licensing frameworks in Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, BC, and other jurisdictions for resource development projects.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and lead multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other business software.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
