Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, framework, and execution of the Regulatory Change Management Program.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency.

• Ensure that relevant regulatory changes are identified, tracked, assessed, and processed in a timely manner.

• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams to communicate changes, evaluate risks, map applicability, and follow up on outstanding items.

• Coordinate remediation efforts and escalate identified risks as necessary.

• Manage reporting for the Regulatory Change Management Program.

• Assist in internal and external regulatory examinations by preparing necessary documentation, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and tracking the remediation of findings.

• Support regulatory report submissions, validate data accuracy, and ensure compliance with reporting obligations across relevant jurisdictions.

• Contribute to the development of a top-tier compliance management system that supports regional and core compliance functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or related fields within a financial institution.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining regulatory compliance programs.

• Proven experience in developing and executing a comprehensive regulatory compliance change management program.

• Exceptional analytical skills regarding laws, rules, and regulations.

• Experience working with and presenting to leaders of cross-functional teams.

• A genuine interest in financial technology, cryptocurrency, and blockchains.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects at once.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong focus on detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity or experience with Slack, Apple macOS, and GSuite.
