This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers across EMEA and potentially other global regions.
• Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success team based in the US.
• Facilitate regular global account meetings to ensure alignment on customer strategies.
• Promote participation in mental wellness initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for updates on global products.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various cultural nuances.
• Assist clients in comprehending available training subjects and conduct Benefit Overview sessions.
• Provide support for global QBRs/ABRs and address daily reporting requests for international customers.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proficiency in English is essential for this position.
• The ability to communicate in additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Manage a portfolio of over 30 customers across various segments.
• A strong commitment to customer success and a proactive mindset in addressing customer challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for analyzing customer data and extracting valuable insights.
• Familiarity with SaaS, B2B customer success practices, and CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Gainsight) is beneficial.
