This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee intricate, multi-regional lifecycle management for benefit programs, including the implementation of new vendors, annual open enrollment processes, essential plan renewals, and resolutions for high-tier employee escalations.
• Enhance service quality by ensuring vendors meet established Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, while managing the regional benefits billing framework and purchase order configurations.
• Keep abreast of evolving statutory requirements to define compliance responsibilities for all regional benefit and paid time off initiatives, while spearheading regional readiness projects to guarantee data is prepared for audits.
• Create impactful localized benefit communications, collaborate with the Benefits Center of Excellence and local Human Resources leaders, and translate demographic and utilization data into advanced analytics for executive dashboards.
• 5–7+ years of experience in progressive, hands-on benefits administration within LATAM, demonstrating a strong record of regional ownership.
• In-depth knowledge of gathering, manipulating, and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and detailed benefit plan documents, along with practical experience in Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
• Professional proficiency in both verbal and written English, with a strong command of Spanish.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is highly advantageous.
