Senior React Native Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive mobile development for both iOS and Android using the React Native / Expo framework.

• Develop and support shared infrastructure for push notifications, analytics, media streaming, and subscription processes.

• Design scalable codebases that can expand alongside the product and its user base.

• Incorporate AI-driven features, such as streamed LLM responses, generative content, and smart notifications.

• Work in collaboration with product and design teams to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect user experiences.

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and uphold code quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to establish engineering patterns that future hires will learn from.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing and deploying production React Native applications for iOS and Android.

• In-depth knowledge of Expo (both managed and bare workflows), React Navigation, and state management techniques.

• Proficiency with Reanimated, Skia, and Apollo Client.

• Strong grasp of push notifications (APNs / FCM), background processing, and app lifecycle management.

• Practical experience with Supabase or similar Backend-as-a-Service platforms, along with PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with RevenueCat or other in-app subscription systems.

• Excellent TypeScript skills and a commitment to high code quality.

• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote-first environment with strong written communication skills.
