Senior React Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• We are seeking product-focused engineers to become part of our diverse and motivated team.

• Develop, scale, and sustain contemporary web applications, primarily leveraging our React/TypeScript frontend, while also being open to implementing backend functionalities in Go as needed.

• Architect and execute frontend structures that integrate smoothly with clean Go APIs, and contribute to those APIs when necessary for feature development.

• Uphold high standards for code quality and performance throughout the entire stack, from frontend component libraries to backend microservices.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to transform vague requirements into refined features.

• Take full ownership of every line of code that is deployed under your name, whether you wrote it yourself or it was generated by an agent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment.

• The Frontend: Profound expertise in React/TypeScript. You navigate modern tools (such as Redux Toolkit, Styled Components, Storybook) effortlessly and prioritize quality, ensuring your features are supported by robust testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).

• The Backend: Strong backend fundamentals gained from production experience, having built and maintained server-side systems, ideally including web APIs. While prior Go experience is not mandatory on day one, a solid understanding of backend principles and a desire to excel in Go are essential.

• System Ownership: A “DevOps” mindset, comfortable with CI/CD, automated testing, and version control practices.

• Communication: Proficient in English with the capability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
