Senior Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will elevate our quality standards — structurally, operationally, and throughout the entire supply chain.

• You are tasked with implementing and continuously enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS).

• You will actively oversee the quality of our suppliers through audits, scorecards, and effective performance management.

• You will analyze quality concerns and ensure that sustainable corrective actions (CAPAs) are put into place.

• You will manage communications with authorities in the case of quality incidents.

• You will ensure adherence to all pertinent standards (HACCP, IFS, BRC).

• You will guarantee complete transparency and traceability of our products.

• You will cultivate a robust quality culture within the organization and progressively build your own Quality team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in quality management within the pet food or food industry.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP, IFS, and BRC.

• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing international supply chains.

• Proven experience in establishing and developing structures, as well as creating and implementing SOPs.

• Ability to think analytically, work in a structured manner, and execute consistently.

• Assertive with the capability to make decisive choices under pressure.

• Proficiency in the German language is required.
