Senior Quality Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Quality Management System (QMS).

• You will take an active role in managing the quality of our suppliers, which includes conducting audits, utilizing scorecards, and ensuring robust performance management.

• You will investigate quality issues and guarantee that effective, sustainable solutions are put in place (CAPAs).

• You will be responsible for communicating with authorities in cases of quality incidents.

• You will ensure adherence to all applicable standards (HACCP, IFS, BRC).

• You will maintain complete transparency and traceability of our products.

• You will cultivate a strong quality culture within the organization and will gradually build and develop your own Quality team over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of several years of experience in quality management within the pet food or food industry.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in HACCP, IFS, and BRC standards.

• Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and managing international supply chains.

• Experience in establishing and enhancing structures, as well as in creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Proficiency in German is essential, as communication within the team and with authorities primarily occurs in German.
