Senior Quality Assurance – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Assist in evaluating quality across all communication channels

• Analyze evidence to determine quality levels and uncover root causes

• Offer practical support for DDIs, GTGs, and various projects

• Act as a peer coach and mentor to members of the QA and Operations teams

• Gather, analyze, and track quality and defect metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance subject matter

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations, particularly in Medicaid / Medicare

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and applications such as Verint and CXOne
