Senior Quality Analyst – Advertising Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• 75% Focus on AI & Chat: The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the chat interface accurately interprets user intent and that the LLM responses are correct.

• Total Autonomy: You will be the sole QA engineer on the project, fully responsible for establishing and defining the testing strategy without requiring daily guidance.

• Direct Technical Collaboration: You will engage in daily scrums to report behaviors, collaborate closely with developers to resolve data/schema issues, and retest fixes.

• Structured Documentation: You will be in charge of producing clear, logical, and well-organized QA documentation and test plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Standalone QA Experience: A proven history as a manual tester working independently with a high degree of agency and self-direction.

• LLM Vetting & Prompt Iteration: Previous experience with language models is essential. You should comprehend how they generate responses, recognize their unique challenges, and know how to adjust prompts for accurate outputs.

• Data & Schema Literacy: Comfortable analyzing data and backend schemas to effectively troubleshoot bugs alongside backend engineers.

• High-Level Communication: Strong and proactive communication skills to maintain close alignment with the development team.
