This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Responsible for ensuring that all facets of the project are delivered punctually and in line with client expectations.
• Proactively thinks throughout the project to foresee and swiftly escalate and resolve any changes to approach, design, objectives, etc.
• Aids in the design of studies and plays a role in drafting proposals.
• Carefully develops questionnaires/discussion guides utilizing suitable techniques and activities, as well as structured questions that effectively address objectives and align with participant types.
• Skillfully moderates one-on-one and group interviews, as well as online engagements (Communities, Remesh, etc.), typically dedicating 15% of their time to live moderation.
• Exhibits the capacity to connect insights, identifying emerging themes and their relation to the broader narrative.
• Integrates and proposes strategic elements for the report, including the narrative flow, emerging implications (so what), and actionable recommendations (now what).
• Starts to identify suitable visual elements to effectively communicate the narrative.
• Shows the ability to utilize client and industry knowledge along with external frameworks (e.g., Michael Porter's Five Forces, The Habit Loop), anecdotes (i.e., metaphor and story), constructs, and macro and micro trends, to enhance the strategy.
• Writes concisely, tailored to the audience, with clarity, conviction, and tension, while maintaining polish and professionalism.
• Over 3 years of experience in moderating and delivering exceptional client outputs in a market research or agency environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, journalism, marketing, economics, or social sciences (psychology, anthropology, sociology).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, med tech/med device, and consumer health market research involving patients and healthcare professionals is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25% of your time) and adapt scheduling to meet project demands.
