Senior QA Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and implement both manual and automated testing strategies;

• Guarantee the quality of deliverables through functional, regression, performance, and security assessments;

• Create and sustain test automation frameworks;

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies (Scrum);

• Recognize, document, and monitor defects;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders;

• Mentor and support junior QA professionals;

• Contribute to the advancement of processes and best practices in quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in Quality Assurance / Software Testing;

• Understanding of functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies;

• Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Appium, or similar);

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ALM;

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitLab) and version control with Git;

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby;

• Proficiency in SQL Server and NoSQL databases;

• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum).
