Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for every facet of the testing process within an agile feature team.

• Apply best practices in the creation of test cases, test automation, documentation, and management of test cases.

• Automate test cases utilizing Kotlin alongside the Serenity BDD framework.

• Assist in making architectural decisions related to the setup of test automation.

• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software testing with an emphasis on automation.

• In-depth knowledge of test automation using object-oriented methodologies.

• Familiarity with Kotlin or Java and a willingness to learn Kotlin.

• Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend testing (web and REST).

• Proficient with Serenity BDD or similar Selenium-based frameworks.

• Understanding of Rest Assured.

• Capability to conduct manual testing and manage tests effectively.

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

• Proficient in English and possess German language skills at a minimum B2 level.
