Senior QA Automation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and execute the test automation strategy and architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and continuous integration;

• Organize and enhance Quality processes, tools, and metrics;

• Serve as a technical authority for QA and development teams, sharing best practices and fostering a quality-first culture;

• Plan and carry out automated and manual tests that cover APIs, user interfaces, and integrations;

• Guarantee observability and traceability of quality through various indicators, reports, and dashboards;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during requirements reviews and in defining test strategies from the outset of the development cycle;

• Create and sustain test automation frameworks and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior QA Analyst with an emphasis on test automation;

• Understanding of system architecture and microservices architecture;

• Proficient in using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and Postman;

• Experience in testing front-end, back-end, APIs, and integrations;

• Knowledge of continuous integration and automated test pipelines;

• Proven track record in defining processes, strategies, and QA best practices;

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in squads;

• Understanding of DevOps practices, monitoring, logging, and metrics is advantageous;

• Experience in building QA teams or spearheading quality initiatives is a plus.
