Senior QA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for quality in a data-intensive B2B product.

• Develop the testing strategy and ensure that the delivered products meet quality standards.

• Collaborate across the entire stack, including UIs, APIs, integrations, and database data.

• Get involved early in the development process, prior to coding.

• Gain insights into Account-Based Marketing (ABM), B2B marketing, and the significance of each data point displayed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in QA/testing engineering at a senior level.

• Expertise in test automation using JavaScript/TypeScript (Playwright or similar); capable of writing stable end-to-end and integration tests.

• Proficient in solid API testing, including REST contracts, payloads, and understanding error and failure modes.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases to verify data accuracy.

• Experience in test-data management, creating realistic and controlled datasets.

• Skills in exploratory and risk-based testing to identify feature failures.

• Comfort in debugging using real signals, including Chrome DevTools, application logs, and Grafana dashboards.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing techniques, including test generation and self-healing automation.

• Advocate for the shift-left approach, engaging before code is written.

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD integration (e.g., GitLab CI).
