Senior QA Analyst, Support Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Implement testing strategies, engage with cross-functional teams, and facilitate the effective execution of our all-encompassing solution.

• Create detailed test scenarios, guide junior QA professionals, and act as a dependable resource for quality-related decisions.

• Continue to provide support for the integrated administration solution post-launch as you transition to our Ongoing Services team in a client-facing capacity responsible for our enterprise SaaS solutions.

• Collaborate closely with our client leads to proactively ensure the delivery of high-quality service and optimal solutions that meet our client's operational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a senior position.

• Capability to comprehend client requirements from a quality assurance, testing, and ongoing services standpoint, ensuring that solutions meet external customer expectations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders, developers, and business teams.

• Exceptional communication skills in English (both oral and written) with external clients and internal team members across all levels.

• Proficiency in contemporary computer technologies.

• Experience using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
