Senior Python Engineer – Backend, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain production-grade Python APIs (using FastAPI or similar frameworks)

• Create and execute data pipelines (including ETL, data ingestion, and transformation)

• Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, and handling of failures

• Organize data for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI agents

• Design and oversee databases (PostgreSQL along with vector databases)

• Connect external systems via APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Python (focusing on production backend and data-related tasks)

• Proficient in SQL and database architecture

• Experience with API integrations (including REST and webhooks)

• Familiarity with testing and maintaining clean Git workflows

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
