Senior Provider Relations Analyst, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the relationship with Health Care Providers within the Latin American & Caribbean network.

• Facilitate all facets of health care professional education for both existing and newly contracted health care professionals.

• Manage ongoing relationships and handle daily operations directly with health care providers.

• Provide consolidated feedback to the rest of the Network Management, Americas team.

• Aim for continuous service enhancement through the analysis of root causes and proactive execution of initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations, Data Analysis, Marketing/Communications, or Relationship Management.

• At least 2 years of experience with Cigna (or relevant experience in other roles/companies).

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent skills in organization, planning, and prioritization.

• Experience in managing complaints.

• Solid practical knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel 10-20% of your time (estimated).
