This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the Volume Lead and/or Lead Writer for Technical and Management Volumes of proposals that range from $25M to over $1B.
• Direct management proposal solutioning for large, intricate, and/or high-risk federal pursuits.
• Convert capture strategies into actionable proposal methodologies.
• Draft assigned proposal sections informed by interviews, solutioning discussions, and industry best practices.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers and customize content to align with customer priorities and established win themes/strengths.
• Collaborate with Capture and Solution teams to define people, processes, and tools.
• Develop win themes, differentiators, and evidence points in line with customer mission priorities and evaluation criteria.
• Recognize and mitigate proposal risks, providing leadership with insights on solution gaps, compliance risks, and staffing effects.
• Mentor junior proposal team members.
• Enhance proposal quality, operational efficiency, consistency, risk management, and success rates across the proposal portfolio.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 10 years of experience in federal proposal development, including leadership roles in complex pursuits.
• Experience in managing large IDIQs, task-order driven environments, or assisted acquisition models.
• Proficiency in integrating AI-enabled tools into proposal workflows while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Proven track record in shaping and reviewing large, compliance-driven proposals.
• Experience as a Volume Lead, Book Boss, or Lead Proposal Writer.
• In-depth understanding of proposal strategy, evaluation criteria, and competitive positioning.
• Strong expertise in technical and management proposal writing.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals concurrently.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with extensive proposal teams.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• APMP Certification, PMP, and ITIL4 are preferred qualifications.
