This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the comprehensive operations of various short-term rental properties.

• Seamlessly coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers.
• Ensure consistently high ratings and create memorable experiences for guests.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and assess competitor performance.
• Continuously enhance listings and operational workflows to achieve peak performance.
• Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline operational processes.
• Automate guest communication and internal workflows.
• Maintain accurate and real-time operational data.
• Ensure compliance with local and international short-term rental regulations.
• Apply industry best practices to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Uphold consistency, quality, and brand standards across all properties.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing short-term rental properties.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, booking processes, and guest management.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple properties in a remote setting.
• Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with European rental regulations, particularly in Spain, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
