Senior Property Manager – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of various short-term rental properties

• Handle calendars, bookings, and communication with guests

• Organize cleaning services, maintenance, and property turnovers

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and prompt response times

• Analyze occupancy rates and pricing trends

• Recommend enhancements to boost revenue and improve booking flow

• Keep property listings polished, optimized, and competitive

• Utilize PMS and automation tools to streamline operations

• Monitor property performance and operational metrics

• Uphold property standards and maintain guest-ready conditions

• Assist in ensuring compliance with short-term rental regulations

• Background in short-term rental / Airbnb / vacation rental management

• Strong operational and organizational capabilities

• Ability to effectively manage multiple properties

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Airbnb tools)

• Understanding of short-term rental regulations and market dynamics

• A performance-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
