Senior Property Manager – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily management of various short-term rental properties

• Oversee calendars, reservations, and guest interactions

• Coordinate cleaning services, maintenance, and property turnovers

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and prompt response times

• Analyze occupancy rates and pricing trends

• Recommend enhancements to boost revenue and booking activity

• Maintain property listings that are polished, optimized, and competitive

• Utilize PMS and automation tools to improve task efficiency

• Monitor property performance and key operational metrics

• Uphold property standards and ensure readiness for guests

• Assist in adhering to short-term rental regulations

• Experience in managing short-term rentals / Airbnb / vacation rental properties

• Strong operational and organizational capabilities

• Proficient in managing multiple properties effectively

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

• Familiarity with PMS platforms (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Airbnb tools) is preferred

• Understanding of STR regulations and market trends is preferred

• A performance-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail is preferred
