Senior Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for various short-term rental properties

• Manage reservations, calendars, and guest interactions with a high level of professionalism

• Efficiently coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers

• Ensure consistently excellent guest experiences and strong review scores

• Develop and enhance dynamic pricing strategies

• Keep track of market trends and competitive activities

• Optimize property listings to maximize both occupancy and revenue

• Identify and act on opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

• Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to improve workflows

• Automate guest communication and other operational processes

• Ensure property and booking data is accurate and up-to-date

• Guarantee adherence to relevant short-term rental regulations

• Implement industry best practices to reduce risk and boost efficiency

• Maintain uniformity and quality across all properties

• Demonstrated experience in managing short-term rental properties

• Strong grasp of pricing strategies, booking processes, and guest relations

• Capability to manage multiple properties effectively in a remote setting

• Familiarity with PMS platforms and automation tools is preferred

• Knowledge of short-term rental regulations and compliance is preferred
