• Play a key role in driving the profitable expansion of the business line by managing various initiatives related to property and casualty insurance.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to La Personnelle/The Personal’s business development teams.
• Assume a leadership position with multiple stakeholders on strategic, complex, and innovative projects.
• Provide strategic insights for the development and execution of intricate projects.
• Track the growth and profitability of individual groups as well as the overall business sector.
• Supervise the creation and management of “recovery plans” for groups that are experiencing less favorable growth results.
• Offer guidance and support to your business partners in positioning, planning, development, execution, and follow-up for various strategic projects.
• Enhance team growth through coaching and mentorship.
• A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, or a related discipline.
• At least six years of relevant experience in actuarial services or finance.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French.
• Specialized knowledge in property and casualty insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query tools.
