Insurance Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Confirm client eligibility and facilitate benefits for ABA services

• Retrieve insurance benefits and eligibility by reaching out to payors

• Input verification of benefits and eligibility details into the Central Reach system

• Assist clinics in the assessment of verification of benefits requests

• Collaborate with RCM teams and various departments for issue resolution and escalation

• Recognize critical issues and suggest solutions

• Engage in special projects and optimize workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare verification of benefits preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in an unstructured environment

• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities effectively

• Proven capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-up

• Ability to foster effective working relationships within the RCM department and throughout the organization
