This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +5 more states.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial kickoff to final closure, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Formulate and manage project plans, resource allocation strategies, and timelines to guarantee effective project execution.
• Produce project documentation and materials to foster a robust project management practice.
• Collaborate with clients to ascertain their needs, gather necessary project information, and deliver updates on project progress.
• Lead and oversee a team of technical professionals, including engineers and consultants, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify and address project risks, challenges, and dependencies, while developing contingency plans to secure project success.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing project plans, status updates, and meeting notes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product, and support teams, to assure alignment and effective communication.
• Ensure projects are executed following industry best practices, delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of projects to pinpoint improvement areas and implement changes for enhanced future project delivery.
• Over 10 years of experience in managing IT projects, particularly in the security sector.
• Profound understanding of SIEM solutions, including their architecture, operational capabilities, and implementation processes.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects utilizing established methodologies, including both waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, risk assessment, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Capacity to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
