This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee all customer interactions, including the development of quotations and timelines for new client proposals.
• Ensure that both Development teams and Partners (if applicable) deliver accurate and timely feedback.
• Create statements of work, Professional Services quotations, and budget estimates.
• Provide oversight and approval on statements of work, budget estimates, and timelines.
• Direct the formation of project deliverables encompassing both technical and business components.
• Lead the Professional Services team in all facets of solution implementation and business decision-making.
• Foster relationships and seek opportunities to expand additional business.
• Exhibit project management skills as required.
• Engage in daily Project Management activities to ensure deliverables meet time, cost, and quality standards.
• Spearhead planning and execution for all project activities, overseeing project communication, gate reviews, risk management, and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Compile project status reports and maintain communication with the Team, Management, Clients, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings with the Project team and Client Personnel regarding business or technical matters.
• Supervise and manage project teams that may be located onsite or offshore.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and the quality of completed work.
• Develop documentation pertaining to the delivery aspects of the project.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers.
• Fluency in both English and French is essential.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science / IT, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in leading large-scale enterprise PLM software deployments in a Project Management capacity.
• At least 10 years of experience managing PLM deployments with teams comprising three or more members.
• Experience in managing significant Commercial and Enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, P&L, invoicing, and billing processes.
• Proven expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing (Industrial, Job Shop, Mass Production), Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Shipbuilding.
• Demonstrated industry knowledge in areas such as Engineering change processes and best practices (CMII, CMPIC), phase gate project management, quality systems processes, requirements management, manufacturing process planning, and MRO.
• Must be willing to travel 50%, primarily regionally, with frequent trips lasting 2 to 3 days.
• PMP certification is preferred.
