Senior Project Engineer – MSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical onboarding and evaluation processes for new clients

• Standardize client environments in alignment with best practices

• Develop technical solutions and formulate project work plans

• Implement projects in accordance with approved standards and track progress

• Provide secure and scalable network solutions

• Guide junior engineers and promote teamwork across departments

• Proven experience in designing, planning, and executing complex IT projects

• Strong skills in technical execution

• Capacity to lead client onboarding and discovery initiatives

• Knowledge of MSP best practices (M365, Azure AD, AD, security, backups, monitoring)

• Expertise in network and infrastructure engineering

• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, and budgets

• Strong mentoring capabilities for junior engineers

• Excellent collaboration skills with project managers and client success teams.
