Senior Program Manager – Medical & Clinical Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of clinical studies and/or research initiatives.

• Facilitate cross-functional project and/or program execution through collaboration with diverse teams.

• Coordinate and oversee clinical portfolio activities to ensure the successful completion of studies.

• Create communication plans and provide stakeholders with updates on assigned studies.

• Proactively identify and address project risks, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.

• Assist the PMO in improving project management tools and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; an advanced degree is preferred.

• More than 7 years of experience in successfully managing technical projects in a medical device and/or pharmaceutical setting.

• A project management qualification is preferred (PMP, APM, or equivalent).

• Strong expertise in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, database software, SAP, MS Outlook, and Project Management Cloud Software.

• Solid understanding of Clinical Research Trials.

• Demonstrated experience in project planning and managing complex technical aspects of development projects or clinical studies.
