This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take the lead on clinical projects while adhering to the study budget and defined scope of work.
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities to establish and meet objectives during project execution, covering both contracted and financial goals.
• Act as the main point-of-contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service, which includes involvement in proposal initiatives and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the Project Team and senior management from both Precision and sponsors, including C-level executives.
• Oversee and manage all facets of clinical research trials.
• Ensure comprehensive project management across all functional areas, including data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Create project status reports for clients and management, highlighting key deliverables and performance metrics for success and escalation.
• Actively participate as a member of the Project Team, aiming to enhance the management and execution of trials.
• Draft and review protocols and other study-related documents, such as project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
• A degree or a relevant life science qualification, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• Prior experience in a Global Clinical Project Management position within the CRO sector is crucial.
• Experience managing Global studies, particularly those in the LATAM region.
• Extensive background in Clinical Operations within a CRO, with at least 4 years of Clinical Project Management experience, preferably working in a client-dedicated or FSP model.
• Experience overseeing studies related to Auto Immune Disease.
• A solid understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development lifecycle.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English communication.
• Strong skills in delivering presentations.
• Competent in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and software tools (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
• Proven capability to foster positive working relationships with individuals and teams both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated foundational knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial processes as they pertain to the execution of a clinical development plan.
