Senior Program Manager – Logistics Startups

📋 Description

• Overseeing a collection of unrelated programs that align with strategic objectives

• Ensures that programs adhere to compliance and meet both company and customer standards

• Manages the distribution of internal and external resources to satisfy implementation demand signals

• Provides consistent and proactive communications to customers and Ryder Executive Management

• Assists in the initiation of large and complex programs

• Offers direction, leadership, and coaching to designated staff members

• Establishes departmental goals to ensure maximum efficiency

• Executes strategic policies when choosing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results

• Monitors customer expectations and standards following implementation

• Engages with various levels, including Executive Management within Ryder and client organizations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline

• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Management

• At least five (5) years of experience in a Supervisory or Managerial position

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project
