This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant and execution partner to the Vice President/General Manager, converting priorities into practical plans and fostering alignment throughout the organization.
• Evaluate strategic priorities and organizational focus, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and spearhead the implementation of suggested improvements.
• Create and oversee the operating rhythm for the organization, ensuring disciplined execution, clear accountability, and effective decision-making.
• Guide the planning and facilitation of executive meetings, large-scale events, and leadership forums; prepare and consolidate executive-level briefings and decision-support documents.
• Track progress on key actions, projects, and initiatives; synthesize status updates, highlight risks, and communicate updates to leadership efficiently and promptly.
• Coordinate internal leadership meetings and external interactions with high-level customers and stakeholders.
• Promote communication and alignment among SIWS senior leadership, program teams, and supporting organizations; ensure compliance with Boeing processes and requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate feedback from program staff to aid in reporting to senior leadership and Boeing Corporate.
• Assist the Vice President/General Manager and Program Office in enhancing execution, communication, customer engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic assignments as directed by the Vice President/General Manager.
• This position necessitates an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management, project management, and/or Business Operations.
• At least 5 years of proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading projects.
• More than 5 years of experience collaborating with executive leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
