This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for features within Workspace Protection, concentrating on ZTNA and Identity Provider integration for private and SAAS application access scenarios.
• Establish and uphold a well-defined product roadmap that reflects changing security demands, competitive trends, and business goals.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of SSE use cases, emphasizing ZTNA and Protected Browser, including how organizations implement these features to secure remote access, minimize attack surfaces, and safeguard sensitive web-based processes.
• Perform customer discovery via interviews, data analysis, and close collaboration with global and regional sales teams to identify significant security challenges worth addressing.
• Convert intricate security and networking requirements into straightforward product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria that empower engineering teams to deliver with assurance.
• Collaborate with engineering to steer development, eliminate obstacles, and guarantee quality outcomes.
• Remain informed about the competitive landscape to guide positioning and roadmap choices.
• Lead go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success, including training on use cases and differentiators.
• Establish and monitor essential product metrics, utilizing data to guide decisions and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Present product strategy, advancements, and outcomes to the product leadership team and Senior Management Team.
• Travel internationally (~15% of the time, typically for one-week trips) to connect with customers, regional teams, and partners.
• Report directly to the Director of Product Management.
• Minimum of 5+ years of substantial experience in product management with expertise in cybersecurity, networking, or a related B2B SaaS sector.
• Strong comprehension of the SSE market, including fundamental capabilities such as ZTNA, SWG, CASB, DLP, and Protected Browser.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and how organizations implement ZTNA to replace outdated VPNs and secure access to private applications.
• Understanding of Protected Browser use cases, specifically how businesses utilize browser-level controls to secure access to SaaS applications, protect sensitive data, and facilitate BYOD/contractor workflows.
• Proven history of guiding products from initial discovery to launch and scaling within a technical domain.
• Ability to simplify complex security and networking ideas into clear product strategies and actionable requirements.
• Proficiency with data — utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights to drive prioritization and measure success.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication abilities, with the capacity to influence without direct authority across engineering, sales, design, and leadership teams.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams and engaging with enterprise customers and prospects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a technical degree or security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, etc.) are advantageous.
