Senior Product Manager – Xsolla Pages

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product delivery process for new verticals — Games, Influencers, Retail, Telecom — from strategic planning to specifications and partner launch.

• Manage the automated page generation system for millions of dynamically-created pages: UGC integration, SEO automation, sitemap creation, Schema.org structured data, and localization in 26 languages.

• Establish and monitor KPIs across all Pages plugins (claim rate, conversion, indexation, partner adoption); collaborate with the analytics team to create dashboards.

• Take full ownership of the ELIAA attribution integration from start to finish — including technical design, coordination with the ELIAA team, and integration into the XLA Pages architecture.

• Oversee the Pages product backlog across various Jira projects (SB, XPF, XPM, XLAPAGES, EXM); facilitate sprint planning, track dependencies, and manage deadlines.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, SEO, business development, and partner-facing teams to deliver high-quality results swiftly.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Pages within the Xsolla organization — translating executive vision into engineering execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of product management experience at a consumer-focused D2C platform with a substantial catalog of programmatically-generated pages (Shopify, Etsy, Pinterest, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Wix, Airbnb, or comparable platforms).

• Proven experience in delivering complex web-centric systems that yield measurable SEO results (organic traffic growth, indexation rates, ranking enhancements).

• Strong technical understanding — able to read API specifications, analyze data flow, and collaborate with engineers on system architecture (coding skills are not necessary, but a technical mindset is essential).

• Practical experience with large-scale SEO: structured data, sitemap strategies, server-side rendering, and Core Web Vitals.

• A history of defining KPIs and developing analytics instrumentation for new product interfaces.

• Experience managing intricate backlogs across multiple Jira projects with inter-team dependencies.

• Exceptional written communication skills — capable of creating specifications, PRDs, and partner-facing documents that are clear and precise.
