Senior Product Manager – Universal KYC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision and strategic roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport.

• Determine how a reusable identity layer can enhance the overall MetaMask product suite.

• Develop the foundational identity platform, establishing scalable verification standards and primitives.

• Create a smooth, low-friction KYC experience for users.

• Promote adoption within MetaMask by collaborating closely with internal teams.

• Oversee the execution from start to finish, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams and achieving measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding solutions.

• Strong expertise in fintech, preferably with some background in Web3.

• Practical experience collaborating with identity verification providers (IDV vendors) such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity.

• Understanding of compliance workflows, which include KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes.

• Proven track record of delivering platform products that have been embraced by multiple teams.

• Capability to navigate both technical systems and user experience effectively.
