This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.
• Explore the frontiers of Generative AI, Conversational AI, and LLM-driven support solutions.
• Craft seamless, user-centered experiences within support ecosystems.
• Design self-service systems that proactively address customer requirements.
• Create agent tools that facilitate efficient problem-solving for complex issues.
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic, innovative team environment.
• At least 8 years of product management experience, particularly in customer support, platforms, or internal tools.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching LLM-enabled agents, conversational AI, and AI-centric experiences.
• Extensive experience in building internal platforms, CRM solutions, and organizational tools (preferably Zen Desk).
• Strong background in user experience, with a passion for creating intuitive technology.
• Expertise in defining long-term AI product strategies and converting ambiguous challenges into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience in mentoring other product managers regarding AI development, compliance, and platform scalability.
• Highly analytical, utilizing data and user research to guide product decisions and assess effectiveness.
