Senior Product Manager, Modeling & Machine Learning Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation and upkeep of effective ML Ops processes to enhance model deployment, monitoring, and management.

• Develop and optimize machine learning models specifically designed for the retail sector, improving our predictive abilities and comprehension of the market.

• Oversee the establishment of a Model Workbench platform that allows marketers to seamlessly interact with and leverage machine learning models, featuring user-friendly interfaces and tools.

• Ensure that all product development is driven by a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market requirements, providing solutions that are both user-friendly and powerful.

• Strive to merge traditional machine learning with cutting-edge generative models, prioritizing explainability, actionable insights, and iterative training based on user engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in product management, preferably within a technology-driven setting.

• Strong grasp of ML Ops methodologies, with hands-on experience in developing and overseeing Machine Learning models, especially within retail contexts.

• Proficient in both traditional and generative machine learning technologies, with a strong focus on model explainability and user engagement.

• Strategic thinker regarding product development, able to weave customer insights and market trends into actionable product features.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and clearly conveying product visions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Direct experience or a solid understanding of the data analytics requirements within the retail industry.

• Familiarity with integrating traditional ML models with generative models to improve user engagement and model training.
