This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement downstream marketing strategies aimed at achieving revenue and market share objectives.
• Assume the role of marketing leader for the endovascular portfolio, focusing on market development and execution in collaboration with the NA sales team.
• Oversee product launches, new indications, and initiatives for market development.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to create and implement cohesive and impactful marketing plans and programs.
• Analyze market trends, competitive forces, and business performance to guide strategic decisions.
• Work alongside regional marketing teams and sales leadership (as required) to comprehend and support regional objectives, product launches, and market research.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, particularly in the fields of cardiac and vascular surgery.
• Engage with customers through field visits, training sessions, and participation in industry congresses.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, the Clinical team, and physician consultants to ensure that ongoing clinician education goals and outcomes are aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, including positioning, segmentation, and portfolio optimization.
• Identify opportunities for growth, differentiation strategies, and line extensions.
• Assist in forecasting and demand planning in conjunction with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and marketing materials.
• Create and deliver training resources for sales teams and physician education.
• Ensure field readiness and successful adoption of new products.
• Collaborate with Upstream Marketing, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, and other departments.
• Provide market insights to guide pipeline development, clinical strategies, and business decisions.
• Support clinical programs, publications, and physician training initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and oversee the annual planning process.
• Track return on investment and optimize marketing expenditures.
• Present performance updates and strategic plans to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Over 8 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Endovascular experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in downstream/product marketing, including product launches and market development.
• Strong clinical and technical expertise in complex procedural environments; knowledge of aortic anatomy is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and translate customer insights into commercial strategies and execution plans.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
