Senior Product Manager – Data & Brokerage Commissions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap related to brokerage commissions, advisor compensation, and reporting solutions.

• Spearhead the development of capabilities for commission calculation, payouts, reconciliations, incentives, and adjustments.

• Collaborate with business, operations, finance, and technology teams to set priorities and deliver value.

• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable product features and user stories.

• Facilitate Agile delivery, manage backlogs, plan releases, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Create data and reporting capabilities that enhance transparency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

• Advocate for automation, process simplification, and operational excellence.

• Execute strategic initiatives for the modernization of commissions and brokerage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, in Product Management, or in Business Technology.

• Familiarity with brokerage commissions, advisor compensation, or incentive management systems.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing or modernizing commission calculation platforms.

• Strong comprehension of brokerage operations, compensation models, payouts, and financial reporting.

• Experience collaborating with Agile teams and managing enterprise-scale technology initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Preferred experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services.

• Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions is a plus.

• Knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, and API-based architectures is preferred.

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or CSPO certification is preferred.

• A minimum internet connection of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required for home or hybrid work.

• Ability to work from a dedicated space free of ongoing interruptions.

• Occasional travel to Humana offices may be necessary.
