Senior Product Manager, Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the Content team’s strategy, vision, and roadmap across all ETG products to achieve measurable business impact and enhance user value.

• Oversee the complete content processing pipeline: Supplier data → Matching → Enrichment → Rates processing → User experience.

• Facilitate stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent execution towards shared objectives.

• Maintain a continuous pipeline of product opportunities that drive measurable revenue growth, utilizing funnel data, identifying content gaps, and addressing user friction.

• Utilize quantitative data and user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) to uncover root causes and significant issues.

• Assess and prioritize opportunities, concentrating on high-impact initiatives.

• Collaborate with Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize the roadmap and manage the backlog.

• Co-manage delivery execution: establish clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics.

• Ensure predictable delivery: commit to timelines, proactively address risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

• Eliminate obstacles and align cross-team dependencies to sustain delivery momentum.

• Supervise the Product Manager and Operations Manager, guaranteeing strong ownership, execution quality, and alignment with business objectives.

• Establish clear goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency) and hold the team accountable for outcomes.

• Drive performance management by providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and facilitating the skill and career development of team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management (ideally within travel, marketplace, or content-intensive products).

• Proficiency with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products.

• Strong analytical skills (SQL, A/B testing, metric design).

• Experience working with structured/unstructured data and large-scale systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
